Fill Options

Full / Firm
Filled to about 90% with plastic beads, creating a harder, bouncier feel with faster rebound.

Soft / Flexible
Filled to about 60% with plastic beads. These softer bags are ideal for stalling and foot control, as they don’t bounce off the foot as quickly.

Both fill styles are equally popular with footbag players.
